Short, plain, and binding.

IRL suggests plans and shows events published by other people and services. Places, hours, prices and event times come from OpenStreetMap, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, public calendars, city open data and organizers. They can be wrong or out of date. Check anything your evening depends on with the venue before you go. You are responsible for your own safety and choices, including the dares, which are always optional.

Anyone may post a public event or a food truck stop. Every post is read by a person before it appears. By posting you confirm that:

• It is real, public, and happening when and where you say.
• You run it, work for whoever does, or have their permission to post it.
• The email you give is yours and reaches you.
• You are allowed to share any link you include.

You keep ownership of what you post and give us permission to show it on IRL, in the app and on the web, until it is over or you ask us to take it down.

We remove, without notice, and refuse future posts from, anyone who posts:

• Hate, harassment, threats, or content that demeans people for who they are.
• Sexual content, nudity, or anything involving or aimed at minors in a harmful way.
• Violence, weapons sales, illegal drugs, or anything illegal where it takes place.
• Scams, spam, fake events, ticket fraud, or posts that only exist to sell something unrelated.
• Someone else's private information, or impersonation of a person or a business.

Every community post carries a Report link. A post several people report comes down within a minute while a person reviews it, and we act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours by removing the content and, where warranted, the poster. Report anything by tapping Report or by emailing agents@modernmustardseed.com.

IRL+ is an auto-renewing subscription sold in the IRL app through Apple: $7.99 a month, or $59.99 a year with a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm, or when the trial ends. It renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your iPhone's Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Purchases in the app are also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where it and these terms differ on the app, Apple's agreement controls.

Do not scrape IRL at volume, overload it, get around its limits, or use it to build a competing listing. The API is open so apps and partners can read it; reasonable use is welcome and abusive use is blocked.

IRL is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Modern Mustard Seed LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens at a venue or event you found through IRL, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Montana. We may update them; the date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use IRL after a change means you accept it.
